Standard Rotation
The generic rotation is the same when using both skill advancements, but is performed just a bit differently between the two.
Repeat both strings:

The only difference between these two strings is that Lethal Strike is replaced with Vampiric Blow. This is because Lethal Strike’s cooldown is too long to consistently “loop” in the standard rotation. Lethal Strike does, however, possess the chance to reset its cooldown, making it possible to loop the first string inconsistently. Lethal Strike is much stronger than Vampiric Blow, so it should be prioritized. It is also not used following Vampiric Blow, as that could leave a gap in the next rotation, except during periods of high attack speed.
Skill advancement notes
Strategist
When using Strategist, the goal is to use TS as much as possible, and always overcharge it to the maximum. This goes as far as skipping skills in the rotation should the opportunity arise. Consider:

In this instance, the boss forced the player to iframe an attack before Raze > FL was cast, but because TS is so much more high priority, we simply ignore FL being off cooldown and go straight to the next TS. We still want to use Raze for the glyph that speeds up casting TS, but going for the next cast of TS will always be the highest priority.
Damage Enhancement
When using Damage Enhancement, the goal is to maximize FL usage, although not to the extreme degree that the Strategist advancement focuses on TS. You will perform the two strings shown at the beginning of this section, while focusing on FL. This means that you will very often not fully overcharge TS, undercharging even if necessary. While FL is our highest source of damage with this skill advancement, TS should be our second highest, so it is not worth skipping TS entirely. Note that when you have the buff from Colossal Fury, you should still fully overcharge TS as often as possible.
